Idea connectors was founded in 2006. Ray saw a need to improve the hiring process by using supply chain strategies in recruiting. Ray used this model to create a double layer qualification system that is the foundation of the recruiting methodology in place at Idea Connectors.

Management
Ray: Founder of Idea Connectors. He is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of staffing and international sales experience. Ray started his career as a software engineer and then moved to business development in Information Technology. Ray created Idea connectors' staffing methodology and business approach and manages staffing professionals to ensure that all engagements meet high standards. Prior to creating Idea Connectors, Ray worked in a variety of roles in the technical field (Engineering, QA, and Business Development). He was director for Latin America for Commtouch, an IT Security Company; and worked for Macromedia on the QA team. He also has over 10 years of recruiting experience. Ray brings a Service Chain, holistic approach to staffing. He holds a BA in Economics from DePaul, a Systems Analysis and Design Certificate from UC Berkeley and a MBA from Golden Gate University in Operations and Supply Chain.
Caryn: Caryn brings over a decade of experience in project management, research and human resources to Idea connectors. Caryn holds a BA from Northwestern University and a MA in Latin American Studies from the University of Chicago. She brings strong experience in Human Resources, Hiring, Mentoring and PM skills to our team. Prior to Idea connectors, Caryn managed several projects for non profit organizations and complex projects at UCSF.
